Jodi Fyfe

About

Jodi Fyfe has served at the highest levels in the food and beverage industry for nearly 30 years. Prior to launching her company, she successfully led esteemed businesses like Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, the Four Seasons (Newport Beach, CA), ARAMARK and Blue Plate Catering. Fyfe founded Paramount Events in 2011 – the first business under The Paramount Group – in response to an opportunity to improve the quality of service and food in the catering space. She wanted to build a company that focused on team development while elevating culinary standards and dispelling the stereotypes of “catered” cuisine. With advanced team training and an onsite greenhouse fostered year-round, Fyfe and her team are committed to growing their own and sourcing local whenever possible – and serving their clients with the utmost expertise. Since establishing Paramount Events, Fyfe has expanded her business, bringing these same philosophies to all brands under what is now The Paramount Group today.  In building out a new, state-of-the-art complex at 1750 W. Lake Street in 2016, she brought awareness to Chicago's burgeoning West Lake District, while also introducing her contemporary American restaurant, Eden, with Chef/Partner Devon Quinn. The new facility allowed for the introduction of even more business segments, including a range of private function spaces (Lakewood, High Ground, Spaces at 1756); a quarterly market featuring local artisans (West Lake Market); a well-trained staffing team for hire (Lake Street Staffing); freshly prepared, ready-to-eat food, delivered (Paramount Fresh); and amplified community engagement (Paramount Serves).   Fyfe takes great pride in leading a woman-owned business and providing jobs to hundreds of Chicagoans. She invests tremendously in her team, providing unparalleled industry benefits.
