I'm all about people.... Building teams alongside great leaders.... Recruiting the right way! I am the Founder and CEO of PeopleFoundry Inc, a progressive recruiting consultancy based in Chicago. I established PeopleFoundry nearly 4 years ago to remedy what I saw as pervasive misalignment between companies’ talent needs and the ability of existing recruiting firms to meet those needs. In 2013, the concept grew beyond just me when we had a pivotal year and started building our own team! PeopleFoundry takes a fresh approach when we build a model and process that promotes companies’ strategic growth in a cost-contained way. As a result, we are uniquely suited to help companies navigate high-growth periods, which has made me and my team a particularly valuable ally for start-ups in the tech and digital space. I partner with founders and CEOs to truly understand their needs and help expand the human capital of their businesses. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Moved to Chicago in 2002. I have worked mainly in recruitment strategies, forging careers and companies.
