Dr. Danielle Leong joined King-Devick technologies as the Chief Scientific Officer in 2012 and has been on the Scientific Advisory Board for the since January 2015. As an instrumental part of the team, her primary focus is to promote vision and eye movement related research in the fields of sports concussion, traumatic brain injury, and neurodegenerative conditions. A former high school and college athlete, she enjoys a very active lifestyle, with an additional passion for travel. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry at Southern California College of Optometry graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors and completed her residency in ocular disease at the Illinois Eye Institute. Dr. Leong went on to study visual structure and function in contact sports and earned her PhD in Biomedicine from Salus University with Magna Cum Laude honors.
