Weber Grill Restaurant is the result of over 60 years of Classic Outdoor Grilling—from the people who invented the Weber Charcoal kettle grill. They are committed to using quality ingredients, innovative recipes, honed grilling techniques, and authentic Weber charcoal kettles. Weber Grill Restaurant's first location opened in 1989, and today they have 5 locations in Chicago, Lombard, Schaumburg, St. Louis and Indianapolis. The Chicago restaurant celebrated its 15th anniversary this past summer 2017. In August 2018, they will open the first dedicated grilling school in Chicagoland and their second Weber Grill Academy at their Schaumburg location at 1010 N. Meacham Rd.
