About

R. Bryan Gerrish is the President of Weber Grill Restaurants, LLC. Bryan joined Weber Grill restaurants in 1999 as the Executive Vice President. During his time, he has opened the Lombard, Schaumburg, Chicago, St. Louis and Indianapolis locations. His goal is to be part of a team that lives up to the potential of the iconic Weber brand. Bryan has led Weber Grill Restaurants to redesign and showcase the authentic charcoal kettle, the Weber Grill. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Minnesota, Bryan joined the Radisson Hotel Corporation. He spent six years with the hotel group in the food & beverage department and at a young age was given the responsibility of Food & Beverage Director. In 1982, Bryan joined the Hyatt Hotel Corporation where he was the food and beverage director in New Orleans. Soon Bryan was promoted to Regional Food & Beverage Director for Hyatt’s Southeast United States Region. This position gave Bryan the opportunity to experience managing several properties and prepared him for his next position as Corporate Food & Beverage Director. From 1987 to 1991 Bryan held the position as Corporate Food & Beverage Director of Hyatt Hotel Corporation. During this time he was responsible for 110 hotel properties in the Domestic, Caribbean and Asian Pacific Markets In 1991, Bryan formed a group, Fusion Enterprises that was among other things the exclusive franchisee for Burger King Restaurants in Hungary. Bryan and his family lived in Budapest for more than four years. In addition, Bryan worked with award winning chefs including David Bouley and Gray Kunz at their restaurants in New York City. Other projects for Fusion included the management of Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse, Anvil Club and the award winning French restaurant, 160 Blue. With over 35 years in the hotel and restaurant industry, Bryan has extensive knowledge in global and national markets, operating more than 110 hotels and award winning restaurants.
