Aginity is a software development company whose analytic hub powers the entire enterprise. We continue to build our engineering team in Evanston, Illinois. Our flagship product, Amp, enjoys a growing customer base that is hungry for features. Amp is a new category of software at the intersection of big data and analytics. Amp empowers data scientists, business data users, IT and executives to design, publish, use and reuse, “analytics." We are small enough that there are no weeds in which to hide and every person’s contribution counts. We are growing like a weed but financially as solid and handsome as a polished piece of fine Italian marble—you can fittingly call this a “ground-floor” opportunity led by entrepreneurs who have built successful companies. We reward well each one of our top performers. We are collaborative professionals and business technologists but most of the time we’re in blue jeans, we love what we do, and we laugh a lot.
