About

Kelly Goldthorpe is Director of Marketing & Rider Experience with Divvy, Chicago's bike share system. Since joining the system she's implemented transformational changes to Divvy products and pricing, designed to make Divvy easier to ride than ever. In addition, she's focused on the digital transformation of Divvy and overhauling the customer experience to get more people pedaling around Chicago. Kelly joined Divvy after three years in management consulting with Prophet, a global growth strategy firm where she helped multinational firms with insight-driven innovation. She holds a MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business and a journalism degree from the University of Missouri. (She often jokes her career in transportation started the year she drove the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile after college)
