Being fearless is my number one goal professionally, determination, and perseverance to exceed expectations everyday allows me to continue to grow. Some of the most uncertain challenges that I’ve undertaken in my career have led me to the most rewarding results. I wear many hats and the term “Jackie of all Trades” is a nickname I’ve earned and a badge of honor and wear proudly. Viewing each role an opportunity to learn and grow from - no task is too big or too small and a lesson to be learned from. That’s what makes me so passionate and allows me to be authentic in my approach to what I do. More importantly I believe in a professional but lighthearted approach to business. Keeping an engaged environment for clients, employees and community partners to work together is essential for long-term success.
