About

Ted Leonard is a seasoned technology and finance industry executive and successful entrepreneur with a diverse background across multiple industries and business functions, including executive management, board advisory, corporate finance, day-to-day operations and transactions. Prior to receiving his MBA, Mr. Leonard started his career as an analyst at Thomson Reuters. He then went on to serve as a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting in the corporate finance, telecommunications, media and technology practice and a Senior Manger at healthcare company DaVita. Immediately prior to joining Photobucket, Mr. Leonard founded FreshTrax Consulting where he served as Managing Partner providing dynamic executive services to businesses in early to mid-growth stages and restructuring scenarios. Mr. Leonard was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Photobucket in 2017 shortly after joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Leonard, who sits on the advisory board for information technology and services company OverWatchID, holds an undergraduate degree from Hamilton College and an MBA in finance from The Daniels College of Business at University of Denver. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and is a proud father of two boys, Tripp and Max. He is an avid skier and golfer and enjoys hiking, fly fishing and contributing to the growth of youth soccer.
