About

Serge Stepantsov started his IT career in 1995 and joined Intetics in 2000. Since that time, he got practical experience working in different roles including systems administration, quality assurance, software development, business analysis, coaching, project and production management, and sales and marketing. Mr. Stepantsov earned Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University, as well as the Professional Diploma in Marketing and several other professional and management certifications. In his current role, he is responsible for overall company management including strategic planning and daily operations.
