Neil Shah founded The WFC Group in 2009 after seeing a need to create a more tailored, customer-oriented approach to workforce management during his time as an implementation specialist himself. It’s because of this that The WFC Group’s business philosophy “Listen. Adapt. Deliver.” was born. Shah’s leadership and expertise has helped The WFC Group serve more than 100 clients, and grow from just two to dozens of employees. Shah has more than 14 years experience in the workforce management industry, and his ownership of The WFC Group allowed the company to classify as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
