About

Gary Rabine grew up in Northern IL, with his brother and four sisters. After graduating high school in 1981, he discovered his passion in paving driveways in Northern IL He married his wife, Cheryl, in 1985. The start of a family pushed his drive to succeed. Throughout the decades, Rabine Paving grew and more companies were started and a few acquired. This growth is the result of building an amazing team with a strong focus on client satisfaction, innovation and a desire to be world class. There are now 9 companies in the Rabine Group. Cheryl Rabine heads up the Rabine Group Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that invests in great causes serving children, elderly, veterans & homeless in the communities that the Rabine Group serves. All of the Rabine Group companies give 3-5% of their profits to the foundation on an annual basis. His goal is always to grow the businesses by surrounding himself with world class leaders in each business who match the Rabine Group Vision and Values. Leading each business with the passion to be world class will create a rewarding culture of fun and success. He now lives in Johnsburg, IL with his wife and youngest son, Nik. Gary's other son and two daughters are enjoying their professional careers at the Rabine Group in Schaumburg leading in business operations, marketing and compliance.
