Tactful Disruption, LLC is the visible 4th force of counseling; a strategic resource at the intersection of mental health and career development. The 4th force of counseling highlights the importance of multicultural perspective in providing more diverse and complex mental health counseling perspectives to address social justice concerns. Reality is, work provides a context for human development and an important location in each individual's life, a place that matters. We seek to boldly edit workplace italics by recognizing injustices like racism, bias, heterosexism, and other forms of discrimination as social obstacles to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
