Designed by event professionals, 1st Ward is a 6,000 square foot, fully customizable event space that can be tailored to meet any client’s individual needs. Housed inside the Chop Shop, the space features 20’ ceilings, exposed brick, built-in amenities including a state-of-the-art audio/visual package, modular staging elements, a modern guest suite and a professional on-site production team. The space also offers in-house food and beverage service from Chop Shop ranging from passed appetizers to family and buffet style dinners. From first inspection, clients are treated to five-star customer service, including on-site consultations with some of the industry’s most well versed professionals. The in-house team will utilize its extensive Rolodex and long-held relationships with top-tier providers to produce events that deliver the highest quality execution, ensuring that each event is as unique and unforgettable as the property itself.
