Consumers search our website to find quality companies who’ve met the BBB Code of Business Practices. We pass these leads and inquiries on to our Accredited Business membership. The BBB seal of approval helps businesses compete on a level playing ground, establish credibility and generate revenue growth. My duties as President & CEO are focused to the Bureau’s mission of advancing marketplace trust. In addition to overseeing day to day operations, I work with a multitude of trade associations to develop and execute programs which enable and encourage best business practices. My expertise is frequently called upon by the broadcast and publishing media for clarity and commentary on consumer confidence issues, customer/business relations, self-regulatory initiatives and a variety of business relative topics. I have been with the BBB for over 25 years and am proud to say I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. Outside of work, I enjoy a good round of golf even though some might call me a "hacker". I really get a bird’s eye view of every course I play!
