For as long as she can remember, Bales has been part of Stacey’s life. She’s cleaned offices, answered phones, worked in shipping and receiving, in sales — even spent time masking and blasting on the floor. President of Bales since January 2010, Stacey now drives the company’s long-term strategic vision and is responsible for financial management and legal matters, including patents and trademarks. A big believer in the value of networking, she serves on the board of directors for the Technology and Manufacturing Association (TMA), the National Association of Surface Finishers - Chicago Branch (NASF) and the Chicago AESF Foundation. She is also a member of the TMA’s Women in TMA Committee and Young Leaders Committee, which focuses on engaging younger professionals in the manufacturing industry.
