I've been involved in building software my entire professional career. I started my first company in the halcyon days of 2000 and witnessed first hand the Dot Com crash. During that time, I've helped to build two other companies. I've seen a lot, I've learned a lot. During it all, I have loved creating high performing software development teams and watching my folks grow.
