About
Nick is a co-founder and COO of Whiskey Acres Distilling Company, Illinois’ first estate distillery. Among his many titles, Nick’s favorite is fifth generation farmer, which is the foundation for his passion for promoting agriculture and guiding force throughout his career. A knack for outside-the-box thinking honed during his days in marketing at Weber Shandwick and Syngenta drives creativity throughout the business from social media to the development of unique, great–tasting products.
Nick graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Communications and he’s also a graduate of the 2014 Illinois Agricultural Leadership Program. He and his wife Amanda live in Wheaton, Ill. and are the proud parents of their twins Gunnar and Everly.
