As chief administrative officer, I am responsible for establishing a Shared Services function that links technology, strategy, and efficiency to enhance the employee experience and meet the organization’s growth and financial objectives. i oversee key operational teams, including HR Operations and Benefits Administration, Office Operations, Merger and Acquisition Support, ESOP and 401k Administration, Insurance, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Procurement and Vendor Management, Travel and Expense Management, and Real Estate and Facilities.
