I have been running Steadfast for 17+ years now, having started it at the age of 14, and have learned a lot along the way, surrounding myself with people who are smarter and more experienced than myself. The company has been growing by leaps and bounds, going through various different phases, making me a jack of all trades through the years, though I am finally settling down into a true CEO role. Overall, I hope to teach people that the way to succeed long term in business is really quite simple. Build a great product, keep focused on your goals, and treat people right, employees, customers, vendors, the general public, everyone.
