John Rotche

About

John earned a football scholarship to the University of Michigan but sustained a serious injury which left him as a quadriplegic for six months. Doctors told him he probably wouldn’t walk again, and while he never played football again, He instead embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. After many successful years in franchising, including founding and selling DUCTZ & HOODZ, holding executive positions within Domino’s Pizza and Krispy Kreme, John joined TITLE Boxing Club and took the brand from system-wide sales of $2.5 million in 2012 to just under $60 million last year. John knows a solid foundation is the key to turning a business into a successful franchise, which is why he founded Franworth, a firm designed to help emerging franchises grow smart. John was voted Entrepreneur of the Year by the International Franchise Association – the most prestigious recognition in the industry.
