About

Frederic Nalis began his Bel experience in 2003, where he joined us from Procter & Gamble Europe. His first role with Bel was Division General Manager of Asia-Pacific, then he moved on to fill the role of CEO of Greater Africa before becoming President and CEO of Americas in 2013. He’s been leading the Bel Brands USA team ever since. Frederic is trilingual, possesses a Master of International Business, and completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme at the Fontainebleau in France. Frederic is just as serious about sports and athleticism as he is about sharing smiles at Bel. He was selected for the French National Rugby Team at age 18 and has completed 5 semi Iron Man races (76.3 miles each for a grand total of 381.5 miles, if we’re counting). Since he moved to the states he’s kept up with his training, completing his first full Chicago marathon in October 2015. Frederic loves to travel and has been to 50 countries (and counting). “The feeling of building a strong team is the most rewarding thing about working at Bel.
