About

My entire professional life, I’ve been a serial technology entrepreneur. As a thought leader in the software industry, I’ve grown two software companies to $100M+ revenue and executed successful IPOs in the manufacturing and finance industries.

Since 1990, I’ve created and implemented various software and SaaS solutions. My ability to spearhead business strategy, lead development teams, and transform startups into multi-million-dollar ventures allows me to distill my knowledge and experience in a way that is accessible to people in any stage of business. I enjoy sharing insights that contribute to both software development and entrepreneurship.

In 2017, I created Vertex Software, where we believe amazing things happen when the right people are given the right tools. Vertex is a global solution for collaboration, which accelerates discovery and idea exchange among the world’s leading companies. Vertex combines elements of my background in manufacturing and cloud-based software to create a solution that radically improves how organizations work.

When not giving back to the community, you can find me raving about Iowa, spending time with my family, or bringing more humanity to technology.
