Dan is an unconventional leader whose sustained successes, across a wide spectrum of challenges, emanate from his highly effective teams that bond themselves together in pursuit of their common goal: Mission Accomplishment. He has discovered that deep trust, fostered through the evidence of spectacular outcomes, begets levels of collegial growth that would not otherwise be attainable. Love of duty, love of others, and love of life have replaced his former selfish entrenchment resulting in a lot more fun!
