Our contributions are both far-reaching and intimate—from influencing our nation’s culture during times of profound social change to the individual support we provide an adult learning to read. The nation's 2,700 YMCAs serve 22 million men, women and children–regardless of age, income or background. About YMCA of the USA YMCA of the USA is the national resource office for the nation's YMCAs. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, YMCA of the USA exists to serve YMCAs.
