With a background in computer engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago, Rob became a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #3764, Routing and Switching) in May of 1998 and for a period of time was the youngest CCIE in the world.  Over the next few years, Rob accumulated three more CCIE certifications putting him in the still very exclusive club of Quadruple-CCIEs, with just a handful of members. In 2006, Rob received his EMBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Rob founded Maron Structure Technologies in 1997 and joined the Netrix family in 2012.
