About

Mr. Fair originates, underwrites, executes and monitors investments for the firm’s Late Stage Lending program. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fair was a Managing Director with NXT Capital’s Venture Finance group, where he led senior and subordinated debt investments in late-stage technology and healthcare companies. Mr. Fair was also a Partner with Velocity Financial Group, prior to its acquisition by NXT Capital. Prior to Velocity, Mr. Fair was a Director with TriplePoint Capital, where he was responsible for providing senior debt facilities to budding technology and healthcare companies. Mr. Fair also spent six years working with two private equity partnerships, Telegraph Hill Partners, and The Aurora Funds. Mr. Fair started his career with Deloitte, spending six years in the firm’s consulting and advisory practices. Mr. Fair graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University with a BA in Accounting and has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
