Noah Turner is Senior Vice President of CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate Services. His primary focus is consulting tenants in identifying, planning & negotiating for their office space requirements. Noah’s experience spans over 20+ years and he has worked with businesses in all industries around the Chicago Metropolitan area, as well as throughout the United States. Noah’s specialization in exclusive tenant representation negates any potential for conflicts of interest or dual agency. Noah understands the importance of controlling rental obligations, while securing space that is not only efficient, but fosters collaboration, communication & positive company image. Noah knows the right space can have a major impact on employee engagement & retention. He works diligently with his clients to develop long-term strategic solutions which help match their space planning goals & objectives. In addition to his experience at CBIZ, Noah is a long-standing member of Exis Global Tenant Representation and K.I.D.S.S. for Kids, Inc., a non-profit fundraising affiliated organization of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Further, Noah actively supports various networking organizations, charities, educational & community programs.
