Molshree A. Sharma (“Molly) is a savvy, accessible, aggressive and sensitive advocate on behalf of her clients who are facing a variety of challenges due to an impending divorce or post decree matter. Her professional expertise is in working with business owners, professionals such as doctors, lawyers, athletes and/or individuals of high net worth who are grappling with the complex financial implications of ending their marriage. A substantial portion of her professional skills relates to handling complicated family law matters that require high-level financial experience with assets in real estate, investment accounts, business valuations, tax and retirement benefits. Recognizing that the divorce itself is just one aspect of what is oftentimes overwhelming and frightening for clients, Molly successfully works with her clients to have successful strategies to resolve their case including interaction with professional expertise experts.

Molly is extremely successful at resolving custody matters or if required litigating them with sensitivity in Court, interacting with experts and understanding how to present her clients’ needs and the best interest of the child. Molly also has a special expertise in handling international custody disputes and Hague convention cases, a treaty with over 90 signatory countries which resolves issues of child abduction and jurisdiction.

Molly lives in Suburban Chicago with her husband and daughter. She is also an acclaimed photographer, having exhibited at the University of Chicago.
