Meghan Morgan

Meghan Morgan graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. After graduating, she spent a year of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, which solidified her desire to commit herself to working in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Girls in the Game, she worked as the Development Manager for the Elks National Foundation. She joined the Girls in the Game staff in 2008, serving as the Development Director. In 2015, Meghan moved into the role as Chief Operating Officer and was named the Executive Director in December, 2016. In her time at Girls in the Game, she’s worked on strategic planning, increased the budget by more than 30 percent, expanded programs within Chicago to target the most high-need communities and overseen expansion into Bloomington, Illinois, Baltimore, Maryland and Dallas, Texas. Under her leadership, the organization also introduced programming at the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center, in accordance with the organization’s goal of reaching more girls who need Girls in the Game’s programs the most.
