Matt Cleaver is the CEO and Managing Partner of The SMB Help Desk, Inc. Since the inception of The SMB Help Desk in 2012, Matt’s leadership has enabled the IT consulting company to become a premier Salesforce Silver partner and a Top 100 Microsoft certified partner in the nation, be named to The Nation’s Best Places to Work for 2 consecutive years and has grown the company to include over 30 employees, 2 offices in Chicago & Austin and YoY revenue growth of 250%.
As a business owner, Certified Salesforce Consultant, and cloud evangelist Matt understands the challenges that small business owners face, and how implementing cloud solutions can improve operational efficiency, customer service, and the overall performance of the business.
Prior to The SMB Help Desk, Matt has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, supporting business process changes for sales and marketing systems as well as ERP systems. Matt graduated from Capella University with a Master of Business Administration degree, majoring in Information and Technology Management. He has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
