Matthew B. Coughlin is the Founder & CEO of XSELL Technologies a built for purpose company with laser focus on digital commerce that maximizes customer experience and sales performance while increasing client profitability and customer retention. Matt brings to XSELL a wealth of knowledge and experience with an extensive background in strategic branding, customer experience, P&L and operations management. He is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of operating and growing profitable businesses through client relationships built on mutual benefit and results delivered. Mr. Coughlin has a pedigree of creating strong cohesive teams with a focus on execution that delivers best possible results and disproportionate value for shareholders. He was the Vice President and General Manager of ARISE Virtual Solutions in Miramar, Florida. ARISE is a leading business process outsourcing services firm focused on producing superior business outcomes through virtual services. As the head of Business Development and Operations, Mr. Coughlin established and managed marquee relationships between Arise and many premium brands In the United States and Europe. Before joining Arise in 2006, Matt spent nearly 13 years in the Retail and Consumer Goods industries. As an entrepreneur, Matt was a part owner of EVCOR Systems Inc., a systems integrations house that grew by over 600 percent before being acquired by Kewill Inc., a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange in the year 2000. During his career, Matt has also held sales and management positions at global supply chain software solution and optimization firms Manugistics and Manhattan Associates. He is graduate of Illinois State University and involved in multiple charities and community programs including Habitat for Humanity.
