Larry founded Elevate with a simple approach in mind: Hire the best people, do the best work, and treat clients the way you’d want to be treated. It’s an approach that has allowed Elevate to grow and become one of the most sought-after digital firms in Chicago while maintaining its unpretentious roots. Now, after more than twenty years of experience in the industry and over a decade with Elevate, Larry continues to guide the company as it partners with some of the most respected brands in the world. Prior to Elevate, Larry held the position of Vice President of Design for the marketing technology firm L90, Inc., where he worked with more than fifty Fortune 500 client accounts and led his team to develop some of the first digital marketing and advertising experiences. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Design from the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
