About

From a college startup founder to a rising edutech executive, 28-year-old Greg Fenton is connecting people to digital learning. Greg, CEO and Co-founder of RedShelf, started the eTextbook company to solve a problem: costly and inconvenient course materials for students. As a college student, Greg and roommate and high school friend, Tim Haitaian, devised a solution for the rising costs of textbooks: going digital. Greg has assembled a team of 25 individuals to facilitate the company’s 400% YOY growth. His guidance to this exponential growth began with only 8 college bookstores and has expanded to now more than 425 bookstores and 2,000 publisher partnerships, spurring eBooks and eTextbooks on college and university campuses worldwide. As a result, RedShelf’s eReading software is now used by the most renowned national and international academic publishers, including McGraw-Hill Education, Pearson Education, Cengage Learning, Macmillan Publishers, John Wiley & Sons, and many other content providers. Under Greg’s leadership, the RedShelf brand has taken on industry giants and continues to win as a higher education eBook and eTextbook player. Greg’s success is proof that youth is no barrier to achievement when chasing a challenge: work hard, and build the right team to achieve your ambition.
