Bobby Goodman is a commercial real estate broker who used his expertise to focus on building technology for small businesses looking for commercial space as well as the greater commercial real estate industry. He is the co-founder of Truss, a smart way to lease business space for office, industrial and retail companies. Goodman launched Truss to help business owners find, tour and lease space using Truss’ AI-enabled technology.
Bobby started his career as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in office tenant representation. Goodman is a nearly 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, having completed more than 2 million square feet of transactions totaling over $500 million in consideration. Bobby built a successful brokerage practice with Colliers, Mark Goodman & Associates, and JLL. With JLL, Bobby focused on building the local Technology Practice Group with the purpose of creating real estate solutions for clients within the technology industry.
Bobby graduated from University of Colorado-Boulder with a bachelor of arts & science, along with a certificate in behavioral neuroscience. In his spare time, Goodman enjoys skiing and hiking with his wife in the mountains.
