AboutAtish Doshi is a pioneer in the collegiate marketing space, having successfully connected countless national brands with multiple generations through unique marketing and media initiatives. Founding The Black Sheep in 2009, Atish has built a successful company that implements creative marketing strategies for national and local companies across more than 200 campuses in the United States. Specializing in content creation, digital media, experiential and event marketing, and data collection through focus groups and surveys, Atish’s Chicago-based company creatively and effectively communicates with client’s target audiences in impactful ways. As such, Atish has become a thought leader in the collegiate marketing space - an often cluttered and daunting vertical other companies have been unable to break through - successfully introducing college students to new brands and helping create brand loyalists, as students are developing lifelong spending habits.
In addition to superb client services, Atish has lead the way in collegiate hiring and culture initiatives, as The Black Sheep employees hundreds of college students across the U.S., and the majority of the company’s core creative staff of 20+ employees have at one point worked for The Black Sheep while in college and have become permanent employees. Through Atish’s unique perspective and foresight of cross-generation culture building, he has developed a creative company that has more than a 90% employee retention rate and applicants beating down the door to work The Black Sheep.
Outside of the office, Atish enjoys spending time with his family and is an active member of SIRA (Shiba Inu Rescue association) and MSIR (Midwest Shiba Inu Rescue).
