A recognized leader passionate for innovation, CEO Robert Nathan co-founded LoadDelivered, a customer-centric supply chain management partner, at age 25.
Nathan and the LoadDelivered team comprised of Millennials thrived early on and achieved 1,266% revenue growth by 2013, landing a spot on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the US for two consecutive years in addition to being named one of Food Logistics’ Top 100 3PL and Cold Storage Providers. Most recently, LoadDelivered was named one of the top ten fastest growing companies in Chicago by Crain's Fast Fifty.
Determined to streamline LoadDelivered’s operations and its customers’ supply chains, Nathan was instrumental in developing several proprietary technologies. LoadFinder, one of the first freight-finding mobile applications designed by a 3PL, was developed to improve overall 3PL/carrier communication and optimize the carrier procurement process. In 2013, Nathan launched LoadDex, a big data pricing tool designed to predict the most accurate pricing and most efficient transportation mode, allowing LoadDelivered to offer their customers the highest quality transportation solutions.
Through his dedication to mobility and automation, Nathan has emerged as an industry thought leader, garnering multiple prestigious awards. In late 2012, Nathan was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ coveted “40 Under 40” list, an accolade which honors successful business professionals who have climbed to the top of their industry before age 40. In 2013, Nathan’s contributions to the supply chain and logistics community were honored by DC Velocity when they selected him – the youngest honoree ever - as one of their 2013 Rainmakers. Recently, Nathan was named to the Illinois State Freight Advisory Council, which works to enhance Illinois’s freight environment and sustain the states position as a national transportation hub.
