Nadine is the COO of Chicago Ideas, overseeing the management and development of the annual program.
Prior to joining CIW, Nadine worked at the intersection of international policy and media. In New York, she was the assistant director of communications at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and later head of media for its magazine Foreign Affairs. As an independent consultant in Chicago, she worked on the 2012 NATO Summit for The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, a member of the city's Host Committee; she also assisted CIW implement a comprehensive communications strategy for its second annual event.
Most recently Nadine has developed and led communications for a number of social enterprises and nonprofits in the Bay Area, including Benetech and Water.org. Nadine graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University and a received a master's in political science and international relations from New York University.
