Foxtrot is a first-of-its-kind retailer blending on-demand mobile delivery with purposefully designed brick-and-mortar stores to deliver a curated shopping experience of craft beer, wine, spirits, eats, gifts and every day essentials.Foxtrot grew out of the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business when LaVitola worked toward his MBA there. LaVitola said the company tried third-party delivery providers but found that “it’s better if our guys are just sitting there waiting” to deliver an order.Foxtrot operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Delivery is available in Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, River North, Streeterville, the Loop and Wicker Park.
