Mr. Maz Pawar is the Chief Executive officer & President of SA Capital Partners, LLC. He oversees all capital raising & M&A activity, he is responsible for the strategic vision and overall direction of the firm, along with the Senior Managing Directors. In the last decade, Mr. Pawar has been directly involved in more than fifty financing and M&A assignments totaling over $1 Billion, across a range of industry sectors including technology, healthcare and industrials. He has also been a part of over 100 engagements over his career. Mr. Pawar is also the Managing Partner for Pawar Capital Investments, a family-backed private investment firm seeking to acquire, recapitalize and assist in the operation of US-based lower middle-market businesses.
