About

Ms. Raviv’s over 15-year career has been dedicated to building and managing some of the countries most recognized food and consumer goods brands. Over the last 13 years she has held a variety of brand management and innovation roles in the Quaker Foods and Snacks division of PepsiCo’s nutrition portfolio. At Quaker, her role’s ranged from managing the company’s cold cereal business line to leading the Quaker Masterbrand strategy and integrated marketing communications to launching new to market innovations like Quaker Overnight Oats. She spent her early career at Upshot, an integrated marketing communications agency focused on influencing consumer and shopper behavior, working with Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola and Hallmark. She has a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
