Jonas Falk is the CEO and Chairman of OrganicLife, LLC, which serves more than 20 million meals each year and is one of the largest institutional food management companies in the United States. Born and raised in the Chicago area, he has built a reputation as both a brilliant restaurateur and trailblazing leader in the school foodservice arena. In the last few years, Jonas has been recognized for such prestigious awards as the Crains "40 under 40" and both Forbes and Zagat's "30 under 30" for his contributions to the Chicago food and foodservice scene. Jonas has also been featured in local and national publications such as the Chicago Tribune, Forbes, Chicago Magazine, and Michigan Avenue Magazine.
