Ian started Undercover Tourist in 2000 with the simple goal of making family vacation planning easier and more affordable. Utilizing his previous travel and tour operator experience, Ian built the critical partner relationships, as well as the customer-first service mentality and technology backbone that has made Undercover Tourist the largest discount attraction ticket seller. With more than 22 years in the travel industry, Ian is also a noted speaker and travel industry expert, providing support and guidance to leading media outlets. Ian is an active member of the Austin Chapter of Vistage (Peer Groups) and holds a BS from the Biotechnology South Bank University in London, England.
