With more than 30 years of food industry experience, Chivari is responsible for all Preferred Meal Systems operations as well as the sales and marketing functions. Mr. Chivari has experience with companies such as Quantum Foods, LLC, Coleman Natural Foods LLC, Parmalat Bakery Group North America, Sara Lee Corporation, General Foods and Oscar Meyer He earned a BS degree in marketing from the University of Illinois and a MBA from Northern Illinois University. He currently lives in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Today, Preferred Meal Systems, Inc. is based in Berkeley, Illinois and has more than 1,700 employees. The Company was formerly known as Mass Feeding Corporation and it was founded in 1967.
