About

Bob Biglin has over 30 years of professional experience in public and private firms in energy and high tech; working in North America, Europe, and Asia. He has held leadership roles in multiple functions; including engineering, planning, strategy, operations, and finance. He most recently served as EVP and CFO of a manufacturing products private equity portfolio company. He has previously held Executive and Managerial roles as Commercial Director, Asia-Pacific; Corporate Treasurer; Director of Planning; Engineering Manager, and in various sales and operations support roles. He began his career as Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy.

At AEI, he combines his executive experience with advanced studies in organizational dynamics, working with senior leaders to leverage their strengths and social capital to build high performing organizations. He believes that leaders have the greatest impact on their organizations when they create the conditions for individuals and teams to achieve their full potential, leading to exceptional performance.
