About

A scholar practitioner and dynamic servant leader, possessing the ability to show up with authenticity, vulnerability, and courage. I'm attracted to training, counseling and education roles that involve strong strategic, organizational, and out-of-the-box thinking. I have the capacity to interact graciously with individuals at every level, communicate succinctly and with impact. I have worked with and alongside a variety of diverse populations (incarcerated youth, foster care youth, SI teen girls, OD middle school boys, mothers in treatment (DCS), homeless veteran men, transitioning veterans, business leaders, etc). I can demonstrate a strong bias to action and scrappiness with proven ability to prioritize and drive multiple concurrent initiatives to success. I have helped secure $267.5k in funding towards innovation for veterans, $56.3k of in-kind donations of services, spaces and products, and reached a FB viewership of 100k + speaking on topics related to transition and entrepreneurship. Lastly, I am a clinical mental health counselor by formal education and a certified career counselor. I view most things through a social justice and equity lens. My additional credentials are nonprofit management + leadership/ event design + event planning certification. I have 35 PMP contact hours and 10.5 years in the Army Reserves.
