About
J. Bradtke Antique Movers was founded in 1978 by John Bradtke with one truck making deliveries for antique stores along with his brother Joe. Moving antiques and valuable furniture is different in a lot of ways from moving other items. You must appreciate what you are moving and not just consider it as a piece of furniture. This is what separates us from other movers. We have expertise in moving these items and understand the customer’s concern about moving their valuable pieces. We can disassemble armoires that require special attention since some are held together with wooden pins and require certain tools. Other items might need special packing or crating in order to move properly and we are also proficient in those areas. Today, our company is headed by Joe Bradtke who took over the company in 1985. Our professional staff is fully trained and work full time for the company. We do not hire temporary help or day helpers. It is still a small, family owned business that concentrates on serving customers to their utmost satisfaction. From the moment a customer calls to inquire about a move to the completion of the move, our staff is there to provide accurate, detailed and efficient information and service.Relevant People
