James Webb, the COO, discusses some challenges that a tech company might face in today’s fast-paced marketplace. Industrial changes, Webb says, make educating both clients and staff extremely important, and it’s also vital to be able to pivot on a dime with changing industrial patterns. Webb also says that human capital is one of the most valuable resources a company can have, and that it is the only true differentiation between some tech companies. You can train skills, Webb says, but you can’t train empathy, and being open and understanding to clients’ needs is critical.
