About

T.J. embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Chicago. His “home-grown” real estate firm, Fulton Grace Realty, was spawned out of the worst economic recession of our time. Founded in 2009, Fulton Grace was originally established to cater to “accidental landlords” unable to sell their properties by offering a solution to the struggling real estate market: expert rental and property management services. Over time, the firm evolved into a full service real estate brokerage offering expert sales and marketing services to a wide range of clientele – developers, sellers, first time home buyers and investors. Under T.J.’s leadership, Fulton Grace has exploded into one of Chicago’s most well respected and fastest growing residential real estate firms. Fulton Grace’s consistent and exponential growth has landed it on the coveted Inc. 5,000 list for the past three consecutive years – 2015, 2016 & 2017. T.J. has not only helped build a booming real estate practice, but he has also helped create an unparalleled, energetic work environment. Fulton Grace was named one of Crain’s 2018 Top 100 Places to Work in Chicago – ranking #37 overall and #8 workplace for women. Currently, the firm owns three offices throughout Chicago housing over 200 real estate professionals, including many “top producers”. Fulton Grace's brokerage division successfully completes thousands of real estate transactions each year with consistent year-over-year growth in both sales and rentals. Its property management division currently oversees the management of nearly 1,500 residential units throughout Chicago (and growing each month). T.J., a former litigation attorney, now spends most of his time coaching and mentoring Fulton Grace’s top producing real estate brokers. He is constantly working on broker-focused innovations and creating marketing initiatives that prepare Fulton Grace and its brokers for continued success.
