Tim’s professional career includes 20 years as a senior marketing and analytics executive. He held Senior Vice President-level positions with Starcom Worldwide, Information Resources Inc. (IRI), SPSS/IBM, and Mintel, Ltd. In these roles he built and led domestic and global teams, sold and delivered analytic services to Fortune 100 companies, and was a featured speaker on consumer trends. Tim’s professional background also includes non-profit organizations and academia, including serving on the faculty of Northern Illinois University.
Tim creates a culture of trust and confidence throughout his coaching engagements. He is able to develop a relationship of trust that brings about significant change. Tim helps leaders uncover their strengths and leverage that knowledge to confidently succeed in their current and future roles. Goals are established, and measurement and accountability drive the coaching engagement. Focused on the individual’s ability to be successful, he works across levels and industries including technology, insurance, marketing, financial services, banking, healthcare, and startups.
Tim is married, has two adult children and lives in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. He spends free time traveling, hiking, and bicycling.
